Caregiver Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents in performing activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitoring the residents at all times so as to be able to intervene in a crisis
- Assisting residents in the self/administration of medications
- Preparing resident meals
- Providing laundry services for resident’s clothes and linen
- Maintaining a clean, dust-free environment for residents
- Properly recording resident’s medication, vitals, incident reports (as needed), and any other documents as needed to comply with DHS, physicians orders, and the services plan
- Notifying supervisor of an and all abnormal resident behaviors including refusal of medications, food, activities, etc.
- Attending scheduled training classes and meetings
- All other reasonable requests of management
Education and Job Requirements:
- 3 months or more experience
- 18 years old or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Caregiver Certification Training
to include: Supervisor, Personal and Directed Level of Care - Adult CPR and First Aid Certification
- Pass Arizona fingerprint background check
- Proof of ability to work in the
U.S. (E-verify requirements) - Drug and felony free
- Negative TB test within 12 months of hire date
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Current Food Handlers card
